We cater to various sectors, including oil and gas, power generation, chemical processing, and heavy engineering, always striving to meet the needs of our local and global customers.
Stainless Steel 316H pipes are crafted from an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy that features a higher carbon content than 316L, typically ranging from 0.04% to 0.10%. The alloy consists of about 16% to 18% chromium, 10% to 14% nickel, and 2% to 3% molybdenum, which boosts its resistance to corrosion and creep. On the mechanical side, 316H provides greater tensile and yield strength at elevated temperatures, along with good ductility and excellent toughness. These characteristics make it perfect for high-temperature and pressure applications while ensuring structural integrity and resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

Stainless steel 316H pipes are resistant to corrosion. They especially possess superior resistance against chloride-induced corrosion, making them the best in applications such as marine and chemical environments. With titanium added, their resistance to heat transfer surface results in greater strength and durability. They do not lose their mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion when welded, and thus, their strength and lifespan are enhanced. These pipes also highly resist pitting, crevice corrosion and oxidation, and it is suitable to work with an assured operation, especially under adverse conditions.
